Field Sales Solutions are proud to partner with Ferrero, one of the UK’s fastest-growing confectionery companies and home to iconic brands such as Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, Kinder and Tic Tac.
We’re looking for an Insights Analyst to join our Commercial Insights team, playing a key role in supporting Ferrero’s Field Sales function in the Grocery channel. If you’re naturally curious with a head for numbers, and love transforming data into actionable insights, this is your chance to make an impact with one of the world’s most exciting FMCG companies.
What you’ll be doing
- Craft compelling selling stories by combining market, shopper, trade, and field data into insights that inspire and influence retailer engagement.
- Proven ability to drive action by turning insights into clear commercial strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Guide field sales priorities, recommending where to focus time and resource to deliver the strongest ROI.
- Translate numbers into narratives—developing insights that can be clearly understood and acted upon by account teams, field leaders, and senior stakeholders.
- Measure and evaluate success by creating insights that highlight performance, identify opportunities, and support continuous improvement.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present insights confidently, influencing stakeholders and shaping decision-making at all levels.
- Shape promotional and seasonal strategies & support NPD launches, providing clear actionable recommendations on execution, compliance, optimisation & in store learnings.
- Champion efficiency and simplification, ensuring insights are easy to digest and directly support decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, aligning with Ferrero Client teams, field leadership, and channel heads to drive a unified commercial agenda.
- Conduct regular field visits to bring commercial insights to life and ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven ability to turn insight into commercial action that drives business results.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present insights confidently, influencing stakeholders and shaping decision-making at all levels.
- Commercially minded with an ability to see beyond the numbers and identify growth opportunities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to build persuasive insight packs and sales stories.
- Naturally curious with the ability to ask, “so what?” and provide the “what next?”.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail while maintaining focus on the bigger commercial picture.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel for field visits.
Based within a reasonable commute of Thame, Oxfordshire
