Field Sales Solutions, a top UK field marketing agency, is teaming up with Yokohama Alliance Tyre Europe (Y-ATE) — a global giant in off-highway tyres (Alliance, Galaxy, Primex) — and we're looking for a confident, driven Business Development Ambassador to join our team!

🌟 What’s the Role?

This isn’t your typical desk job. You'll be out in the field, visiting agricultural and industrial tyre dealerships across the UK. Your mission?
Promote Yokohama’s cutting-edge tyre ranges, educate dealerships, and unlock new sales opportunities.

You’ll be:

• Building strong relationships with dealerships across the country

• Championing the Alliance brand with energy and passion

• Driving lead generation and smashing sales targets

• Sharing insights, highlighting product benefits, and helping partners grow

• Travelling nationwide (overnight stays included – hotel breakfasts are calling!)

🧠 Who Are You?

You’re a natural people-person, persuasive and passionate about making an impact. You’ve got:

• At least 6 months’ experience in sales or promotions

• A knack for building relationships and influencing buying decisions

• A genuine interest in automotive, agriculture, or industrial sectors

• A flexible, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn

• A full UK driving licence and a valid passport (Yes – you’ll even get to train in Europe!)
